You are purchasing 1 sheet of 30 1" x 2 5/8" self adhesive address labels. Please email any special request/questions before purchasing!!! You will receive the initial you request. Unless you request blank with image only they will be personalized by me and you may have up to 5 lines of whatever text you want. Please send information requested via e-mail AFTER , AFTER you have completed the purchase you have been sent the invoice from me with your total and instructions. If not received within a few days I will print what is on the paypal invoice.

These are printed in photo quality and are very nice. You will not be disappointed. Please check out my other labels on my eBay listings or on my store I will combine shipping on ALL eBay items. Store items cannot be combined unless you contact me first.
