The GoPro Hero comes with a full 12 month warranty . If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the item as required.Due to possible user resealing errors, the GoPro is not warranted against waterhousing leakage or any resulting damage

The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid (please supply a prepaid airbag/satchel for return of your new item). Your item is to be returned with the original sales reciept
