Combined Shipping Information
We will combine shipping if multiple items are won within a 7 day period and all are paid for on the same invoice. One payment must be made to get the combined shipping discount. Please make sure all items are listed on your invoice before paying. This is the only way to get the shipping discount. Shipping charges are as follows.

If you don't agree with the shipping charges or the following policies, please don't bid. All jewelry is shipped in boxes inside an envelope for product safety. I ship 6 days a week and usually ship the same day or next day after payment is received. Please remember I am not in control of our mail system, delivery time or customs.

United States

items won after that will be $1.00 each
All US packages will have a USPS delivery confirmation number attached. Shipping insurance is suggested but not required. I will not be held responsible for any package lost or damaged in the mail, unless insurance is purchased. If your package gets lost in the mail and insurance is not purchased, I will fill out a lost mail claim with the post office to help you retrieve your package. I will be unable to replace your jewelry or refund your payment.
International Orders
1st item won is $5.00
items won after that will be $1.00 each
All International packages will have a customs number attached. Shipping insurance is suggested but not required. I will not be held responsible for any package lost or damaged in the mail, unless insurance is purchased. If your package gets lost in the mail and insurance is not purchased, I will fill out a lost mail claim with the post office to help you retrieve your package. I will be unable to replace your jewelry or refund your payment. Buyer is responsible for any duties/tariffs or taxes their government may require. All customs forms will be filled out with the correct merchandise total not including the shipping charges.
Return Information
Returns will only be accepted if your merchandise was received with a manufacturer defect, if the item was not as described or the wrong item was shipped to you. It is the buyers responsibility to check their item over once it is received.Please make sure all jewels or gems are secure, check to make sure that all dangles are attached securely and that the balls screw on securely. Seller is not responsible for broken jewelry after it is worn. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JEWELRY!!!! US buyers will have 3 days after delivery to communicate any problems to the seller, International buyers will have 14 days from the day the item was shipped by us. To get an exchange or refund, the buyer is required to send the jewelry back to us for inspection. No pictures will be allowed. The buyer has 3 days after communication with seller to mail their item back to us for exchange or refund.

Once you receive your order, we ask that if there is a problem, you contact us before leaving negative feedback. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and would like the opportunity to makes things right before negative feedback is left.
