While the mesh is in perfect condition, the metal upper has a fair amount of scratches, and a little bit of tarnish. This might be cleanable, or at least something that can be improved. The inside of the bag is exceptionally clean and the stitching that attaches the metal upper is in excellent condition. There is one pocket on the inside of the bag that is very convenient for holding the included mirror. The Whiting and Davis tag is stitched into the seam of the pocket. It states "Mesh Whiting and Davis Bags, Made in the U.S.A.". The metal upper is also stamped with the same mark, unfortunately there is no serial number. The bag measures 9" wide at the bottom, 5" wide at the top, 6" tall, 12" long chain, and the diameter of the open mouth is 6".
