This is a very pretty gold-tone stick pin with a hanging textured bell. The bell has a sparkling rhinestone clapper. The stick pin is a darker gold-tone (more of a rose gold-tone) and does have the slight color variations you see in the picture (but this doesn't show when you're wearing it). The bell actually dangles back and forth.

The stick pin measures 2-1/2 inches long and the bell itself measures 1 inch long. It's in excellent condition.
