This is a beautiful pair of clip-on earrings. They have a polished gold-tone center (there's no black color - that's just a reflection on the shiny center) and sparkling silver-tone outer sections - these have a "silver dust" look.

The earrings measures 1-5/8" high by just under 1" wide. They're in excellent condition.
