• All of our items are in very good to excellent condition (unless stated otherwise, which is rare).  We are an adult only and smoke-free household.

• We pack items with care.  You will always get the actual item pictured and described.

• We will combine multiple items into a single shipment to save you money on shipping, when possible and feasible (i.e. it probably wouldn't be feasible to combine a diamond ring and a bowling ball, or something very fragile with something very heavy).

• If you have questions related to any of our listings or business practices please email us before bidding.  We will respond quickly to all buyer questions and concerns.

• eBaying is not a full time job for us, so we are not always able to ship every day.  We will usually ship within 2 – 3 days of receiving payment.

• If payment is not received within 10 days of auction end, we may re-list the item.

• If you have problems with any of our items please let us know within 3 days of delivery so that we can do our best to resolve any issues.

• We will allow returns only if the item was misrepresented, and only if we are informed of perceived misrepresentation within 3 days of delivery, and only after we receive the return item in the same condition as when we shipped it.  We will then refund the sale price and original shipping cost but not the cost to return the item.

• We accept payment using PayPal, cashiers check, or money order from U.S. buyers.  If buyer pays using PayPal we will only ship to verified addresses so that we may preserve our seller protection.

• We accept PayPal only from International buyers.  International buyers are responsible for all taxes and customs fees.

• Buyers with hidden feedback may have their bid cancelled and those who have received Unpaid Item Strikes from more than 1 seller in the last 30 days may be blocked from bidding.

• Make sure your ISP or spam filter preferences are set to allow emails from eBay, PayPal, and other related addresses or key words.  Make sure your email address is up to date. If you do not receive an expected email, check your spam folder first.
