This product is shipped via Freight Trucking company. We will ship it free for curbside delivery. If you want White Glove Delivery (they bring into your home and set it up for you), it is 99 dollars more. For more details. scroll down for more details.

If you find a product purchased online from Best Price Break is not satisfactory, or arrives in defective condition, you may request a refund, a credit, or a replacement. You will need to follow the return policies below in order to receive full credit for your purchase.
Sorry, but shipping cost to you and back to us cannot be refunded.
Return Policy
To return a defective or unsatisfactory product, you need to completely follow these instuctions:
1. Products must be returned in the product's original packaging and that the product is as new. No writing, marks or damage to the packaging is acceptable. Do not remove UPC or bar codes. Do not send in warranty cards or deface any materials.
2. All pieces, including warranty cards, instructions, manuals, software, etc., must be returned in clean, original condition.
3. Click here and request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
4. Return shipping, at your cost, must include the RMA number clearly written on the outside packaging (you should return the product in the same outside shipping box in which the product was sent to you).
Important: The customer holds the responsiblity for proper packaging of the product to be returned. The product must be returned via an insured carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. If the product that is shipped back to us damaged or lost, the customer is responsible to work it out with their carrier.
5. Write a note of your full name, order number, and the reason for return and put it in the box you are returning.
6. Ship the product, insured, to: Best Price Break, 778 N 1890 W #20, Provo, Utah 84601
The refund will be the original sales order amount, minus the original freight charges. Once the returned product is received, inspected and found to be in adherence to these policies, a refund will be made within 15 days. If the product is returned and does not meet these criteria, it may be returned to you at your cost, or a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. We will not accept any returns after 30 days of receipt.
If you reject them upon arrival to your place, there will be a $250 dollars charge. The exception of $250 charge is if it arrived damaged and you refuse to sign it because of it.
You get 1 year in-home service warranty including the Manufacture's limited Warranty that you can find on each product. For example, lift chairs are 3 years and then prorated from four to seven years. Look at each product's warranty online for more details. If you want extra warranty for in-home service warranty, ask us about it. .

*FREE Curbside Delivery:
Curbside Delivery consists of the Freight Carrier delivering the product to the address of the customer’s home only! The freight carrier is not obligated to carry the product to the porch nor inside the residence. You will be responsible for getting the product inside their home. The product will be taken off the truck at the closest, easily available location. The freight carrier will call prior to delivery to set up a scheduled time for delivery.
- White Glove Delivery is only $99 more for within the continential United States of America unless it is in *rural area which is addtional charge.
White Glove Dlivery consists of Freight Carrier delivering the product to your home and placing it inside the room of your choice. The carrier will unpack the product, assemble & test the product, instruct you in basic proper usage and remove all packing materials from the residence. Remember, these carriers are not in anyway medically trained. They will perform the basic service listed above only. The freight carrier will call you prior to delivery in order to set up an appointment for delivery. An in-depth** description is provided further down this page.
- We do deliver to Hawaii & Alaska at extra charge. Please ask us for quote before buying. We do not ship Golden Technologies Products internationally.
In providing these services, we make no claims to meeting any standards required for delivery of product on insurance claims such as Medicare or Medicaid. Any claims made to the contrary are the sole responsibility of the agent filing the claim.

**For you who wants to pay for White Glove Delivery, it is important to understand what is included and what does not include using this service. It is important to understand that White Glove Delivery requires extra delivery time.
White Glove Delivery Includes:
- Inside delivery of all Golden Products
- The product will be set-up in the room of choice as long as this room is no more than one floor up or one floor down from the main entrance. (If the delivery requires more than one floor, then additional charges will apply.)
- Complete set-up of product.
- product will be visually inspected for damages or defects.
- Product will be tested to make sure it is in the proper working condition.
- While testing the product, the consumer will be given a basic overview on how to operate the product.
- Questions pertaining to anything other than the basic operation of the product will be directed to Golden Technologies.
- The customer will be advised to read the owner's manual for a better understanding of the product.
- All packing material and boxes will be removed from the customer's home.
While Glove Delivery DOES NOT Include:
- The dismantling of product to fit through hallway or stairs. Most Golden products will fit through most homes with no problems. Since Golden products do not come fully assembled, they are easily carried inside in seperate pieces. It is not the responsibility of the delivering agent to take the product apart any further, just so it will fit. Dimension on all Golden products are provided if requested and it is the consumer's responsibility to measure these traffic areas to make sure they fit.
- Moving any of existing furniture. Liability issues, prevent the moving of any existing furniture. It is important the customer has prepared the area for the product to be set-up in before the delivering agent(s) arrives. For item requiring electricity, a working outlet must be present and available. If the delivering agent has to reschedule due to the area not being prepared additional charges will apply.
- removal/Disposal of any existing furniture. unless otherwise noted, the delivering agents will not remove/dispose of any existing furniture due to liability issues. if your consumer needs this done, the delivering agent can be contracted to do so at an additional fee. This must be noted at the time of the order only!
- In depth training on how to use the product. A basic overview means just that! With a lift chair, while testing the delivering agent will verbally state what he is testing and show consumer how he is doing this. Ex: "Now I am testing the chair to make sure it will recline." He shows the consumer what button he is pressing and then proceeds to press the button to recline. The same would be done to show the lift out function. Our products are easy to use and maintain. each unit comes with an owner's manual, which goes into more detail. Learning how to assemble or disassemble any product is the responsibility of the consumer.
Cancellation or refusal of any item will require additional fees. If the item has been shipped, you pay for actual cost of delivery cost to send to you and also the return freight charges. Shipments brought back due to the inability to fit the product inside the home will incur freight charges both ways. As stated in our white glove delivery above, it is the consumer's responsiblity to have traffic areas clear and to make sure the item will fit in the home. Carriers will not take products apart or lift onto roofs to take in second story windows or doors.
Delivery Time:
It will usually take 1 to 2 weeks to ship after we have entered your order and it has cleared our finance run. Shipping would then be up to 7 days depending on where you live as it is shippped from various part of the country. Remember the trucking company will be calling you to arrange delivery. That could add some time.
