Goldtone Stratton foldout mirror compact in a black cloth sleeve

This foldout goldtone Stratton mirror compact belonged to my sister-in-law. It is probably from the 50s but I don't know for sure as I am not a compact expert. It has some damage to it in that one mirror has a crack running through it.

The compact measures 3 1/4" in diameter. Nice goldtone color and beautiful etchings in the metal on both sides. There are some slight scratches on the metal as this is a used compact mirror.

Opening apparatus is the twist to open style with a small tongue that slips into a groove to close.

Hinge is in fine working order.
