Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the shipping expense.


All returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice.  Customers must receive authorization from National Golf Car Company prior to retuning any parts.  Customers are resonsible for return freight and must include the RMA number and a copy of the original packing slip with the shipment.  There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-warranty returns.


Shortages and damaged products must be reported to National Golf Car Company within 4 days of receipt.  INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL.  All in-transit damaged merchandise must be claimed wth the freight company.  for UPS damage call 1-800-PICK-UPS to file a claim.  for truck freight, write "DAMAGED" on the Bill of Lading and initiate a claim with the trucking company.  (Freight companies have strict rules regarding claims; all claims must be filed within the 4 day window.)
