This is an estate item.  It is a Bradford Exchange limited edition collector's plate.  It is the eleventh issue in the "Reflections of Scarlett" collection designed by Heide Oberheide.  It is about 7 1/2 inches in diameter.  It features Scarlett in a red dressing gown.  Also, attached to the plate is a figurine of Scarlett in the red dressing gown.  The figurine is about 5 1/2 inches tall and functions as a stand that will hold the plate upright.  The plate is hand numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.  It is in excellent condition.  Thank you for looking.  Sold as is.
