It is a circle with a crystal pyramid in the center, and hanging charms including a leaf, Figa (fist) in jade, pink howlite heart, bird and flower with semi-precious chips all strung on an 18" silk cord that closes with a lobster clasp. It has a very spiritual vibe. This is a great gift or is something you will want to wear all the time if you buy it for yourself.
