Goodman 4 ton Central Air conditioner condenser used
This auction is for a 10 seer Goodman 4 ton Air conditioner condenser. This is the part of the system that contains the compressor and sits outside the home. This unit was removed fully functional from a home undergoing a remodel and expansion. It was removed by a licensed professional HVAC technician and has been certified by him as 100% functional. All aspects of the system work perfectly- all electronic systems, compressor, and fan assembly. It is dated 1996 manufacture.
Operates on single phase 208-230 vac current.
This system is guaranteed to be in fully working order. But you must have it installed by a licensed professional or this guarantee is void. I would suggest locating an installer prior to purchase.The electronic components can be very sensitive and the freon portion of installation should never be attempted by anyone but a licensed professional. Condenser is shipped with freon in it.
