All Shipments to Canada require the buyer to contact Ingram Water & Air Equipment for rates.  Default shipping cost is estimated for terminal or business delivery.  Residential Shipping rates will incur a $95 lift gate fee which will be on a separate invoice.  Standard Shipping options are separated into South Eastern States/Coast Zones and Western/North Eastern States/Coast Zones.  Standard Shipping starts at $225 to South Eastern Zones and $265 for Western/North Eastern Zones.  Please contact Ingram's Water & Air for any shipping information questions.

Our return policy is as follows: Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If a customer orders the wrong product or chooses to return it before use there will be a 15% restocking fee. Sales on electric items such as circuit boards are final and no returns will be honored. Items that have been installed, unless faulty with the exceptions listed above, are not returnable. The return period is only valid for 30 days after the unit was shipped.
