I am offering the following heating and air conditioning system for sale.  The furnace was installed in my home brand new on 3/12/2008 and has operated flawlessly heating our home.  The A coil and Air Conditioning unit are sized to properly match the furnace size and capabilities.  They are older than the furnace but are in excellent operating condition and are fully charged. 

Goodman GMV95115512X Two - Stage LP Gas Fired Warm Air Furnace: This ffurnace was installed in my home brand new on 3/12/2008 by Brooks Energy with an original unit price tag of $2200.  It was professionally installed and maintained.  It is in like new condition.  It heated 3 floors and approximately 3800 sq ft of living space effortlessly.  It is a two stage furnace with a multi-speed circulator blower.  Energy Star rated at minimum 95% efficiency.  It is rated at 115,000 input btu's.  It is direct vent but the manual states it can be installed as a nondirct vent as well.  Runs on LP gas but can easily be converted to natural gas by your local heating professional by simply changing out a gas orifice.  Goodman Furnace Model Number GMV95115512X   s/n 0608106344.  I have, with this unit, the original invoice, installation and operating manuals and warranty information.  Also included is the air intake manifold which uses a 16"x25"x1" filter.  The furnace dimensions are 24 1/2" wide x 28 1/2" deep x 42 1/2" tall.  The Air Drop is 13 1/2" wide x 25 1/2" deep and 35 1/2" tall.  This furnace was professionally installed and professionally uninstalled.  This unit has 5 stainless steel burner tube assemblies and are in the latest technology S configuration.  It is capable of both two stage heating and two stage cooling.

Amana 4 Ton Rated "A" coil.  Fully charged.  Model CCA48FSC  s/n 9606139363  mfg number P1205208C.  In excellent condition.  It is older than the furnace but is sized correctly for the furnace.  Base is 19" x 20" and the height is 20 1/2".  No damage.  Ready to reinstall on the furnace.  R-22 refrigerant.  Good Condition. 

Amana Central Air Conditioning Cooling Unit.  Fully charged and the same age as the "A" coil.  Model  RCB48A2A  s/n 9502281104.  This unit is 35 1/2" wide x 35 1/2" deep x 33 1/2" tall and is an outside unit.  Operates with a 3 blade cooling tower fan.  49,000 BTUH Cooling Capacity.  60 hz 1 PH 197 Min V.  Compressor 20.0 RLA  110.0 LRA 1 PH.  Fan 2.3 FLA 1/3 HP  1 PH.  CT BRKR 45 Min CKT 27.4 Ampacity.  Comes complete with all manuals and the outside 2" thick resin ground platform pad it sits on.  R-22 Refrigerant.  Good condition.

White Rodgers 1F80-0471 Programmable 80 Series Thermostat with automatic heat/cool changeover option.  Complete with manuals.  Capable of maintaining temperature +- 1 degree.
