Mixed Deal = 1 Hardcover and 2 Different softcover Books will also ship for $3.25
Heavy Hardcover Books & Heavy Softcover Books = Will depend on the weight of the item. Another way to look at it. If it's over $3.25 it is not include into the above deals.

RETURNS
Well I grew up with this saying. A man is as good as his words.
I only have one pea and that is if your item is not insured and if for some reason it comes to you damaged, this I feel is your fault. Please consider insurance on at least glass items if not all.

I strongly recommend insurance on all items as when it leaves me. I'm no longer responsible for the item. I do on the other hand supply a confirmation number with all my items. This way you will know when it has shipped and can follow it right to your door.
