Payment Information 

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

1.  Check-Out Now:  Click on the "Pay Now" button at the top of the listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.  You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation.  Select "Pay Now" ONLY after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.

2.  Check-Out Later:  If you do not wish to Check-Out Now, we will automatically send you an invoice within 24 hours of auction close.  Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.  Until checkout is complete, any additional purchases within five days of the initial purchase will be consolidated under one invoice.

• Cashier's checks (US Only)

• Money Orders (US dollars only, must be drawn on US banks)

All payments must be made in US dollars.  Orders are not processed until payment has cleared.

If payment is not received within 14 days after auction closes, a non-paying bidder dispute will be opened automatically and the checkout link will be disabled.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Combined shipping discounts are calculated by using the regular shipping and handling for the highest priced item and the discounted rate for each additional item.  Please refer to each item for exact shipping and handling rates.  A street address is required for all international shipments.  Delivery to international PO Boxes is not available.

In order to receive the following combined shipping discount rates, checkout for all items must be completed together.  Our system will automatically combine and calculate shipping for all of the items you have purchased from us.  Once checkout has been completed, additional items cannot be added.

Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

For all flat rate shipping items: US $4.99 for the first item, $1.50 off the regular shipping rate for each additional item.

For all calculated shipping items:  Shipping is calculated by using the regular shipping and handling price for the highest priced item and the discounted shipping rate for each additional item.

For international shipping:  If you would like the item shipped to an international address, please send an email to Ralph's Discount Warehouse with the correct shipping address.  An invoice will be sent to you for the correct shipping amount within 24 hours.

All items will be shipped out within 72 hours of payment being received.

Additional information for international orders:  Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country.  We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Return Policy

Ralph's Discount Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you decide within 14 days that you do not want the product you purchased, you may return it at your expense for a refund, as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging.  Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.  Returns must be sent to Ralph's Discount Warehouse and a Return Authorization number is required on all returns. You must send an email to Ralph's Discount Warehouse within 14 days with the reason for the return and to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes!  Unlike most EBay sellers, we do ship to APO and FPO addresses via the US Postal Service.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do!  While we cannot ship to every country around the world, we do ship to many of them.  Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service (unless otherwise stated); however, please allow additional delivery time due to the extended shipping distance.  Additionally, please note that most international orders are shipped via surface mail, and we do not have the option of expedited international shipping.

What payment methods do you offer to international customers?

We prefer PayPal for international payments; however, US currency sent via Registered Mail is also accepted.  We do not accept any other form of international currency, including cash, and will not accept any checks or money orders drawn on non-US banks.

Can you mark my international item as a gift?

No.  We cannot mark international items as gifts, or anything other than what they are.

Do you offer local pickup?

We offer local pickup on all items that are over 15 lbs.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes!  Although insurance is highly recommended, it is optional for most products.  It is required on all fragile items.
