All My dolls come from a smoke free/ pet free
environment and are New unless otherwise stated as previously displayed . I open
and undress all dolls myself and wrap dolls and clothes in clean white
tissue paper for there protection. Dolls , especially there hair are kept with
as much of the original packaging as possible to try to keep there hair neat,
they may require some fluffing up when unpackaged. Dolls are posed and fluffed
for pictures.

Shipping: I ship within 48 hours of payment being received and I
require delivery confirmation on all packages mailed in the U.S. Insurance is optional except on
Platinum Barbie dolls or on orders over $100.00 where it is required. Please
verify your mailing address, If your package is returned you will receive a
refund minus shipping and restocking fees. I do not ship to Asia,
