A note about shipping costs: I have been receiving lower ratings recently on my Shipping Costs in the Detailed Seller Ratings. Please understand that I actually charge less than the posted rates (Canada Post is expensive!) as I pay for insurance out of my own pocket, which ranges between $5-$12 depending on the item's value. I also don't charge for packaging or handling. In return, I only ask that buyers do not penalize me in rating shipping costs that are out of my control :-). Regarding DSRs: When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Time means "quickly"; however, Ebay considers this a sub-standard mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees & more. I always strive for 5-star service and charge less than my actual shipping cost as stated above, ship extremely quickly (same or next day), and state all of my policies clearly. Payment
Payment is due within three days of auction close unless prior arrangements have been made. I appreciate prompt payment and will ship as soon as payment is received.
Shipping
Shipping is done via Canada Post and insurance is always included in the shipping cost via the listed handling charge. I ship the day of or the day after payment is received.. BUYERS OUTSIDE CANADA ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL TARIFFS, TAXES, DUTIES OR CHARGES INCURRED WITH THE IMPORT OF GOODS INTO THEIR COUNTRY.
