The tag says: Friscos 8 118 Lagan If this makes sense to anyone. Measurements: Bust (Armpit to Armpit): 37" Waist: 36" Sleeve Length: 25" Features: Very sheer silk top. Long-sleeve. Ruffled at end of arm sleeves. Buttons on the side of shoulder. Fabric gathers creating ruffles near the front of neckline.
