How to use: 

Hold the ear warmers by the ear pieces. Stretch the adjustable "clicking" frame. Place the ear warmers behind the back of your head and squeeze the frame to your desired fit.

Sizing: 

• ExoLite ear warmers are available in one flexible, collapsible frame size.
• Adjustable ear warmers are offered in two frame sizes: Adult and Petite.
• All men’s and unisex products are constructed with the Adult frame.
• All women’s and kids' products are constructed with the Petite frame.
