Other notes: Five volumes in two. Consists of large unbound cards with one or two (usually two) plates on each card. The cards are contained in two brown folders like hardcover book covers. Plates 1-113 belong to volume 1, and plates 114-337 belong to volume 2. Volume 1 is missing the cards for plates 80-81 and 158-159. The other plates are all there. There is a duplicate card for plates 198-199. The plates are free of markings. Published 1923, reprinting a five volume set originally published 1821-1838.
