SHIPPING INFORMATION:

·         Domestic Shipping: Items will ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. 99% of the time items ship the same day.

·         Shipping rates are determined by USPS and are based upon destination address and weight of item. Picasso's Clozet does not add any extra cost to the shipping. If you would like to determine your cost before bidding, scroll to the bottom of the listing and put in your postal code. This will show the cost of shipping for the different shipping options. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

·         **Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, will be processed the next business day.  Also, some items may ship separately (i.e., shoes and boots), but we will not charge you any additional shipping.  The shipping amount will remain the same. 

·         Under RARE circumstances the following issues may arise: If a natural disaster or any other circumstance beyond our control occurs, we may not be able to ship items within timeframe listed above. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you immediately to give you the option to keep the order or to cancel the order. Again, this is very unusual, but can happen.

·         International Shipping: Although no problems usually come about with shipping internationally, to protect our company, we have developed the following policy: Picasso's Clozet is not responsible for any items held by Customs officials. The Buyer is responsible for any Duty Tax, Customs Tax, VAT Tax, Import tax, and/or any fees that are assessed by Customs or your local Country/Government. We cannot be responsible for the length of time something is held by UPS/USPS, Government Agencies, or Customs Officials.
