Eye of the medicine man, Horse, Thunderbird, bear prints, hail storms, rain, Koko-Pelli dancers, Cow Skull, arrows, cross roads,lightning bolts and much more.

20" long x 14" measuring around the belly at the large end and 11" around the small end.

Rain sticks are musical and ceremonial instruments used from ancient times to present day.Their name describes the soothing rain-like sound that these instruments produce.

Instructions: This one rains for awhile longer than the normal cacti rain sticks. To maximize the length and evenness of the rain-like sound, hold the rain stick at about a 60 degree angle and slowly rotate the stick, allowing the tiny pebbles,rice or corn to roll and trickle down over the wooden sticks in the interior of the gourd in a spiral formation. This Rain stick was custom painted and hand made by me, Barbara Walden
