Canceling or Changing an Order
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible and have automated computer systems to process orders within minutes. For this reason, some orders cannot be cancelled. We will gladly ATTEMPT to cancel or change your order, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or changed by our customer service department.
