This spray system is build-to-order. This trailer rig can be built and ready for pick up OR delivery usually in 2 to 3 weeks. The picture of the assembled rig is of a previously built system, however, this is our standard entry level rig and is sometimes in stock for immediate delivery/pick-up. All pictures and descriptions are of the equipment you will recieve from this auction. Any modifications to this system you may require are welcomed. Financing is available for this purchase, we can get you an answer within 48 hours after application submittal.

Equipment Life Expectancy: The life of this equipment will depend on the operating conditions under which it operates and the care in which it recieves. Frequent use under dusty conditions will require more frequent filter and oil changes for your generator and compressed air systems. Failure to perform this vital maintenance will shorten equipment life. The generator end in the Winco gen-set has a rated life of 30,000 hours and a 2 year manufacturers warranty. The Vanguard V-Twin gas engine running the generator also carries a manufacturers 2 year warranty. Small gasoline engines should provide you with around 2500 - 3000+ hours of operation before they may need to be re-built. The cleaner the air and the oil the longer the engine will last before a rebuild is necessary. The compressor air end carries a 1 year warranty, keep the inlet filters clean and the lubricant clean and filled to prolong the air end life. The compressor's 5.5HP Honda carries a 2 year manufacturers warranty.  The Graco spray equipment carries a 1 year warranty. Warranty's protect when you recieve a product that has a manufacturers defect in materials or workmanship. They do not cover failures due to lack of maintenance. To protect your investment, follow all manufacturers guidlines for scheduled preventive maintenance. All equipment manuals will be presented in a binder for your referral, and maintenance schedules are available catered to your specific equipment upon request.
