All of my items come from a smoke-free home. However, we do have pets and even though I do my best to keep pet hairs out of the packages sometimes it can't be avoided and there may be a stray hair inside the package or in the tape sealing the package. If this is a problem for you please do not bid.

I use an automatic feedback system that will leave feedback for everyone after feedback has been received.

Payment is to be made within 10 days of auction close or a Non-Paying Buyer complaint will be filed. I only accept payments from U.S. PayPal accounts with confirmed addresses.

I am happy to combine shipping on items won within a 7-day period as long as all items are paid for together. If you are bidding on multiple items and would like to combine shipping please let me know. I will send you a combined invoice after you are done bidding.

I ship within one business day of receiving payment.

Insurance is available for an additional amount ($1.70 up to a $50.00 value & $2.15 up to a $100 value). Insurance is optional but highly recommended as the package and its contents are not my responsibility once they leaves my hands.
