SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

IMPORTANT NOTE: The United States Postal Service has changed its rates.  The below reflects the most current shipping policies, and supercedes all policies listed before the rate change.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: I accept payment by Paypal, money orders, cashier's checks, or personal checks (allow a week to clear).  Please send payment within 7 days of the end of the auction.  I initiate non-paying bidder disputes via eBay if I do not have payment seven days after the auction's closing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND COMBINED RATES: Priority Mail (2-3 days) shipping/handling within the United States will be $6.50 for one book, and $8 for two books.  For orders of 3-10 books, shipping will be a flat rate of $9.50.  Contact me for postage rates if you have purchased more than ten books.  First class and media mail shipping is also available.  Residents of Kansas must pay the applicable sales tax.  For international shipping see below.

INSURANCE: Insurance within the US will be $1.65 for coverage of up to $50, $2.05 for coverage from $50.01 to $100, and $2.45 for coverage from $100 to $200, and $4.60 for coverage from $200 to $300.  Please insure packages at a value equal to the purchase price of your items.  It is rare for the US post office to lose or mishandle packages, but accidents do happen, and I cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International bids are always welcome.  I offer shipping by Express Mail International (3-5 day delivery), International Priority Mail (4-6 day delivery), and first class mail (1-2 week delivery for packages up to four pounds).  Rates are calculated based on the weight of your package; use the shipping calculator as an estimate.  Insurance is complementary and already figured into the shipping/handling costs.  See my "about me" page for my policies regarding modifying customs forms, marking items as gifts, etc.
