Here are more details: Tidioute Brand/GEC Pocket Knife The highest quality, single blade, Collectable Pocket Knife, made in America. Manufactured by Great Eastern Cutlery in Titusville, Pennsylvania. The blades are made of 1095 Carbon Steel and has 2 blades. The first blade is 2 3/4" long, it has the Tidioute trade mark stamped on the blade and down in the base it is engraved with Tidioute Cutlery Made in the USA. On the other side in the base is engraved with the #734209. The second blade is a punch blade, 2 1/4" long and has Great Eastern Cutley TIW engraved in the end. The blades on all knives are crafted from either high carbon steel or stainless steel. The owners and employees, together bring over 60 years of experience to the table and operate the manufacturing plant in one of Titusville, Pennsylvania's historic steel works locations, Cyclops Specialty Steel. Great Eastern Cutlery manfacturers three brands of knives: Great Eastern, Tidiuote, and Northfield Un-X-LD. If visiting the area, feel free to ask for a tour or bring a group to tour the facilty.
