Our Warranty Policy
Your warranty is the manufacturer's warranty on new merchandise. All used equipment is sold in good faith and we offer our own 60-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repair of the equipment for defects not resulting from post-purchase alteration, misuse or abuse. As you all know, Ebay is an auction business so you bid and win to own, not to test drive. This is not a buy and try period, though if an item is defective or has been incorrectly described in the text, then we will gladly correct the problem. We will on occasion sell items "AS IS" and offer no additional warranty, though the terms of those auctions will be clearly specified. The bottomline is that we want you to happy and satisfied with your purchase, having felt that you were treated fairly and honestly. Please ask questions before bidding so we may educate you on your purchase. Detailed questions are best answered by telephone or e-mail. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when we shipped it, and must be accompanied by all accessories included in the original packing. In the U.S. we most often use UPS or Federal Express. Shipping fees are based on weight, destination and insurance only. Orders received by 1pm EST will usually ship the same day.
