We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell. We desire to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review all item photos and description and ask appropriate questions. If a return is needed, the buyer must contact Buyandsellstuffonline by email at buyandsellstuffonline

within 5 days of the receipt of the item to obtain an RMA number or a refund will not be granted. Once an RMA number is received, buyandsellstuffonline must receive the item within 10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Once received, we have the option to either replace the returned item or provide a refund. If item is found to be in advertised condition, buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00, whichever is greater. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. (with a minimum fee of $5 and maximum fee of $75)
