I have several customers that ask me to do custom orders on certain items (for example: pop tarts, nutrisystem food, pet supplies and toys, and seasonal items) If I can find it for you, I would love to put together a custom package with you in mind. Email me with questions. Thanks a lot! 

If you need more than the quantity listed or a different color, etc, please check all my listing formats (auction, buy-it-now, and store inventory). For listings that do not include FREE shipping: I can combine shipping on most auctions, but not all. I do my best to accommodate for combined shipping whenever possible for items paid for on the same invoice. We will always attempt to find the best (and least expensive) shipping method for any combined purchases. And refunds are given in the event that the actual shipping cost is less than the calculated shipping cost (minus a very small amount for packing supplies and gas, usually ~$.10 to $.45) once shipping is completed. Many times, the calculated cost will be very close to, if not exactly the same, as the actual cost. However, if you buy more than 2 or 3 items, it is likely that the actual cost of shipping will be a bit less than the cost ebay calculates. Please feel free to email me for a combined invoice with a more accurate weight for your package. With this, I may be able to reduce the charge for the shipping fees before you make your payment. If you go ahead and pay without an updated invoice, no need to worry; we will send a refund if necessary. Please email me with any concerns or questions. Thanks!

And any time you have a larger order (multiples of a single item or any mix of items), I am happy to use a flat rate shipping method if all the items safely fit inside the box & it saves you money.

I strive to provide 5-star service on all transactions. As a power seller, 5-stars help me keep my prices as low as I can because I get a "final fee" discount for great DSR reviews. Please leave 5 stars for me.

Most of my items are NEW and their descriptions are taken directly from the packaging. Any used items will be marked as such, with descriptions detailing any possible concerns. I also try to provide lots of pictures to show as much detail as I can. If you have questions, please email me. I get to my computer often- several times per day, at the very least.

I also attempt to email all customers at least one or two times. Especially to let you know your package has been mailed. So, communication is important to me.

Many of my 1st class mail listings now include FREE SHIPPING. But for listings that do not, now that I have been doing this for a bit of time, I finally have most things down to a science. If you buy/win multiples, I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Preferably, these will be paid for on the same invoice, because I pay a fee (flat rate + a percentage) to pay-pal every time you make a payment to me. Also, if you buy enough items to fill a flat rate box, small, medium, or large, I will use that if shipping is cheaper, to save you money. But if you are overcharged by a great deal, please allow me to send an adjusted invoice, or I will send a partial shipping refund (after I ship your items). I will email you after I do this.

And finally, shipping time has always been important to me. I live in a suburb of a large city. Available mailing times are 24/7 (unless it's an International address, APO/FPO, or media mail). Some mailings are done same day. A lot of mailings are done next day. All mailings will be done within 3 days. But most shipments are sent within 1 or 2 days after cleared payment has been received.

Please remember, when you have an option for shipping method, media mail and parcel post may be cheaper, but they also tend to take more time for delivery. And international shipments take more time because the package(s) have to travel further and must go through customs. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback. Thanks! 

And also keep in mind, mistakes may happen. I am only human. To date of writing this, I have mailed 1800+ packages in about 9 months. I think we have only had 4 or 5 errors on my (and my help's) part. If something is not correct, please contact me.
