In terms of problems or issues please communicate any concerns you have and you will generaly get a response within the hour(unless i am sleeping or out buying more comic books). If i do not respond please resend the email as they get lost all the time and a lost email can cause much distress in a transaction. I am the easiest going seller on ebay and i always take care of my customers legitimate concerns so please just try me out before assuming the worst and freaking out(you ebayers know who you are). All deliveries are fully insured and they are all sent via postal surface route. This can sometimes take upwards of 2 to 3 weeks for the western states and 1 to 2 for the rest of the united states and canada so give some time for delivery. I always ship out by 11:00 am every day so anything paid up until that point goes into the system.

Feedback is always reciprocated after the buyer leaves his feedback indicating satisaction as well as receipt of items.
