Green Mirror Football Eyeshield Visor INSERT for Oakley

• You WILL NOT  receive an Eyeshield or the Helmet.

• You will get (1) insert to go under a clear Oakley eyeshield. You must have a Clear Oakley eyeshield for this to work properly.

Living here in Australia I wanted to get one of those tricked out looking mirror shields the University of Miami players have been seen wearing. I needed one for sun protection during our day games and training sessions. I found them on e-bay for over $400 as they aren't sold to the general public. I wear the new Schutt DNA, but I am not ready to pay twice as much for a piece of plastic as my helmet is worth. So I came up with a solution. I am the inventor of the football visor insert. So buy the best, but the original football visor insert.

These  inserts do not stick to the plastic of the eyeshield but rest about 1cm from the plastic, they are held in place by the two screws on  the eyeshield and by the top tabs of the shield. 

As you can see the solution works and Looks Excellent. Even better it just screws in under the shield with no additional mounting hardware. You can use the longer screws that came with your eyeshield, or th eones I will send and the orignal mounting hardware. The shields are tinted on the wearers side so it will offer you good sun protection. These would be perfect for two a days. Another advantage of the insert is that if your league doesn't allow them for games or it's too dark at night, you could still use them for training and then on game day simply remove the insert and use your clear shield. I also have them in silver mirror, blue mirror, red mirror, purple mirror, gold mirror and iridium rainbow mirror.
