Up for auction is an original 1985 Greenleaf "The Little Cottage Shop Dollhouse Kit" No. 8024 - lets you create the Victorian shop or cottage of your dreams.  This box is still factory sealed. As the box notes, the scale is 1"=1'; assembled size is 18 1/2" wide x 13" deep x 19 1/4" high; pre-cut plywood parts; snap together assembly; 1 spacious room plus attic; 2 bay windows; carpenter gothic design with gable; fancy gingerbread trim & shutters; and silk-screened plastic windows - glue, shingles and decorations not included.  As noted above, this dollhouse is in brand new, factory sealed condition.
