Gretch Custom? 10"x8" Tom in Excellent Cond with a Vintage Ludwig Stand

I was told this drum is a Vintage 80's and possibly a custom Tom. It is in excellent condition. The drum is 10" in diameter and includes the rim mount hardware as depicted. The Vintage Ludwig stand hardware in the pictures is also included. Picture 8 was taken indoors, I wanted to show the badge and didn't photograph it earlier in the day. This seems to be an extremely rare drum we just don't know what it is for sure!!!
