     We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence.  Items that are sold guaranteed against D. O. A. (Dead-on-Arrival) are tested and are covered by our return policy.  Items that are sold AS-IS are not covered by our return policy.   MAKE SURE TO TEST THE ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS ONCE IT IS RECEIVED, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT! 
After that 2 days,If it is defective, you must follow the manufacturer's warranty policy .No refunds will be granted .We will not be responsible for, or issue a refund, if notified after (2) business days. Items that are returned more than 2 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion. Defective item must be shipped back within 5 days of sanctioning a Return Authorization. All approved returns will be approved for replacement (exchange) only. If a suitable replacement will not available when your return arrives, we will issue a full refund.
If buyer returns without proper authorization or for reasons other than a defective item (like non-compatibility issues or just remorse) .or If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping ( refused or returned to us for any reason ). ,and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you , we will refund the total amount , less a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges

For refurbished and used items ,Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic condition. If you feel a mistake was made in the description, photos will be required. Returns will not be accepted due to low battery life. Batteries are consumables and run-time is dependent upon many factors.

If the box is unopened, we will refund your original purchase price, however, we do not refund any shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be given after we receive the product only , the buyer pay for shipment

If the box is opened & not defective, we will refund your original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.In addtion, we do not refund any shipping fees incurred .Refunds will be given after we receive & test the product only , the buyer pay for shipment (eLec Payless will apply an addtional charge if the items crash, small damage  ...etc).
