Shipping by Freight Truck: When an item arrives to you, it will be on the end of a truck only. The freight company does not bring a lift gated truck. IF YOU NEED a lift gated truck-tell us, it is extra. If it is a Business or Residential Delivery, the freight companies charge different rates. If you need a QUOTE, email us w/all necessary info. and your ZIP CODE .. Send your Phone Number in case we need to call you. The freight companies Have fees for Phone calls & Re-Delivery fees. Once a shipment has been shipped, the freight will not call you, they will Deliver. Any special circumstances on the order, It is your responsibility to tell us before an order ships.
Damages by Freight Companies: Only if items are New they can be insured, if they are Used they do not offer insurance on the item. It is your responsibility to have someone who signs the Bill of Lading, when you receive the item to Look over the unit or pieces you receive and document on the day you receive it, or the freight company may have issue with that later on. We will not ship something out in a damaged fashion, or not working. Once the Freight leaves our Pierce Equipment, you have to deal with the freight company for damages or delivery times or problems with a delivery. , once it leaves here And is signed for by YOU, or the Receiver accepts it. We do not Insure Shipments, Unless you specify us to look into that. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! No Returns, No Exceptions, As Shown, No warranties. After you won an auction, Either party can go to Search Members & FIND CONTACT Info, on how to contact the person who purchased the product. Ebay allows it, please make sure your contact information is up to date. We may call you to finalize the sale or discuss details. On Large Orders we may call you, to make sure it's not a fake sale or someone who used your account. This is all done for your own security on the sale.

We do not set out to not give you a part that might go with a unit, we may not even know it's missing if it came in that way. Some inventory we sell in our store, may be posted on E-bay for sale. We have walk in customers shopping here daily and calling us to purchase items. We do not just sell on E-bay. We try & remove any posting if they are sold in our store, but please keep in mind we do have an active store. We reserve the right to cancel a sale, if it's been sold in the store prior to taking it off our E-bay auction list.
