All of our products are NEW, never displayed, still in original box with original paperwork and are from a smoke-free environment unless stated otherwise.
Sometimes the original boxes have labels, dents or scratches that cannot be helped - That is the way they were received and replacements are not always available.
Items received damaged will have a refund issued not to exceed original purchase price, shipping is not included in refunds.
We must be notified within 5 days of receipt and if we wish for item to be returned we will send a prepaid label.
