RARE and gruesome real photo postcard shows a charred and decaying corpose with his dog still faithfully standing by his side.  "HIS HOME ONE MILE AND HALF SOUTH OF ACUA PRIETA, MEXICO, MURDERD NOV. 2, 1916."  "SEE SLASH ACROSSS LEFT BREST AND STOMACH CUT OPEN WITH KNIFE.  I TAKE THIS MAN TO BE A CAINES MAN BY HAIR SHORT IN FRONT AND LONG BE HIND FLESHES LIGHT PHO FEB 6, 1916."  "CAL. OSBON PHO. AD FEB 6, 1916" in lower left.  Card is unmailed and in good condition with minor wear/stains/soiling.  Minor discoloring around edges is slightly exaggerated in scan.  I've only seen 2 other copies of this card in my life...very rare!
