About Us. The goal of this e bay store is to provide superior customer service. We ship 99% of all orders within one business day and have a seven-day return policy.

Feedback: After we receive payment from the buyer we will leave feedback. If you have any issues please e-mail us immediately and provide us an opportunity to fix any problem before leaving your feedback.

Shipping: We only list items that are in our actual inventory. We ship 99% of all orders within one business day. Customers can combine shipping from multiple purchases. This can save shipping expense in some cases. Alaska and Hawaii orders are charged actual shipping. International orders are charged actual shipping plus a $2 handling fee.

Pay ment: We accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal.

Sales Tax: We apply 7.0% sales tax to all Iowa orders.

Non-Payment & Auction Cancellation Policy.  If you do not pay for the auction in 15 days we will file with e bay to collect our fees. As a buyer you should not let this occur because e bay has rules about non-paying bidders. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee (for the total invoice cost) for a cancelled auction. If you pay the 20% cancellation fee, we will not file a dispute with e bay.

Seven Day Warranty Policy

1. Any returned item must be returned at buyers shipping expense.
2. Upon receipt of the item and completion of inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the item is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method. (Pay pal, Credit Card or check). If the item is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will incur no additional cost.
3. This warranty applies only to items purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to items that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear of items is not covered. We reserve the right as final authority on whether any returned item should be replaced or refunded. We make no other warrant and no implied warranties. Our maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of any purchased items. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damage of any nature arising from the sale of any product.
