Guitar binding machine martin guitar kit building

   This is a new binding machine.  A serious tool for the builder. This unit is designed to cut the channels around the guitar body for the binding. This machine will take most trim routers. I also carry a few routers for the machine . This machine works by keeping the cutter parallel to the sides.  The base unit holds the body and can be adjusted to maintain the critical position so the cutter can be  in the proper position. There is no one fits all as different radii on the back can change the angle of the cut needed.

  The unit will come as picture and will also include the nylon shoe for the base for your laminate trimmer . The tower is clamped to a flat surface the the body is placed into the carriage. This  is then turned around the tower. Best results are with the stew mac PN1295 cutter set.
