Definitions:

NEW: the item is new, never used, likely bought and forgotten about or was too small and we didn't return it to the store.

EUC: Excellent Used Condition - the item has been loved, well taken care of and it will not have any marks

GUC:Good Used Condition -These clothes will likely be the type of clothing you would want to send your child to daycare, playground or school in but are still cute worthy and lots of wear left! Some items might show slight wear such as "piling", washing fade, or small marks which we will note and picture.

We try our hardest to list the items accurately. We are only human...so occasionally, we can make mistakes We will try to resolve any issues with you before feedback is left. We, as well, will only leave feedback for items when feedback is left for us.

We accept paypal and money orders. We appreciate paypal payments within 7 days unless special arrangements are made. Mailed payments are expected within 7 days

We ship once a week. If you are considering multiple items please contact us for a combined shipping cost as all parcels through Canada Post are by weight and dimension. Canadian buyers please contact us with your postal code as shipping will be slightly higher depending on your location.

Parcels mailed out by Air Mail to the US will take 7 to 14 business days and can be longer if item is caught up at Customs.

Please note as on July 02, 2008 Canada Post has increased their rates by 9.00%

For international Ebay purchases Canada Post does not give a tracking number for small packets shipped outside of Canada. Insurance is optional at buyers expense
