We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are unsatisfied, you may return your item, accessories and original box, providing it is unused and in the same new condition as when sold; within 30 days from the date of purchase. All freight on returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is found to be defective buyer must report this to BCM via E-Mail within 3 days after receiving item or no returns will be accepted for item being DOA / or missing parts. Once we received the item from you we will replace it or repair the item and ship it back to you at our cost. The buyer must contact us before returning the item, defective or not to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All RMA items must be received by us within 10 days from the issued date of the RMA or RMA is voided. We can not accept returns without a return merchandise authorization number. Follow the instructions on the RMA we send you. If item is not used and not defective we will give you A FULL REFUND of the actual purchase price less the item's original shipping / handling cost. If the item is defective and you contacted us within 3 days after receiving the item we will also give you a full refund including the original S/H costs, if we also find the item defective upon inspection by our tech support team. Buyer to pay the shipping costs to return the item for inspection prior to receiving refund.It is the customers responsibly to insure we receive the package and we suggest buyer obtain shipping insurance and proof of delivery for the item being returned. This is for your protection as well as our own.
