You are bidding on an extremely rare H.G. Co. PETTICOAT Insulator (style CD-162) in the scarce OXBLOOD color variation with pointed drip points.  Embossed lettering on the skirt reads "H.G. CO." and "PATENT MAY 2 1893" on one side and "PETTICOAT" on the other side.  One of the only glass insulators that has red tones in the glass. The origin of this very special signal is the Pacific Northwest region, most likely from the area around the city of Spokane, Washington or nearby Idaho.  This is a very rare find for any collector.  WOW!  don't let this one gat away!

In fantastic display condition, with very little damage limited to only some typical very small drip-flakes and one small base bruise, which can barely be detected but is being mentioned for the sake of complete disclosure.

A vigorously sought-after insulator by collectors all across the United States and abroad for its rare, vibrant color.  This is a real masterpiece which you are highly unlikely to come across again in your collecting activities.  Don't pass up this opportunity to secure this rare gem for your own cherished, colorful collection of rare pole-top insulators.

This spectacular and rare insulator was purchased by the current owner, many years ago, through the well-respected and authoritative Ray Klingensmith "Pole Top Discoveries" nationwide color auction catalog, in which it received a overall condition rating of R-5.6.

Displays fantastic!!!  This insulator will certainly make a prized addition to your collection.

Current estimated auction value of $1,600 to $3,000.

Don't let this incredible beauty get away!

You may not see one of this color in such nice condition ever again!

Bid early and often!  Don't lose out at the last minute.
