"When I was growing up," says sculptor John Francis, "our collie Laddie adopted a stray kitten we named Tramp.  They were inseparable.  If another dog came into our yard, Laddie would pick up Tramp and carry her to safety before chasing the intruder away"

"Tramp and Laddie" is included in a group of ornaments called Artists` Favorites.  These designs reflect the personal interests an memories of the artists who create them.  Look for John`s middle name, "Collin" on this ornament.
