2) We prefer payment via PayPal however we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept money orders or personal checks!

4) Winning bidder/buyer agrees to pay for item within 7 days end of item/auction. A non paying bidder/buyer alert will be filed if we've not received payment within 7 days.

Shipping and Handling
1) Every order includes a shipping and handling charge in addition to the purchase price of item/s. The shipping and handling rate is not negotiable so please do not bid or buy item if you do not agree with rate. We strongly recommend you purchase/add insurance to your order as we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are not insured.
2) If you win or purchase multiple items from our store please click the "Request total from seller" link (after you have completed all your purchases/winnings) and we will send you an invoice for payment (usually within 1 business day) with your order total with correct combined shipping and handling charges. Currently there is no way for our combined flat rate shipping and handling to be calculated automatically which is why we ask that you "Request total from seller" before sending payment. Please DO NOT send payment for each item individually or before you've "Requested total from seller" and received a combined invoice from us with correct shipping and handling charges.
3) We've made it incredibly easy to shop our eBay store with our combined flat rate shipping and handling*. The item in your order with the highest shipping and handling will be considered the first item, then simply add the combined flat rate shipping and handling for each additional single item/auction as follows:

4) *Virtually all standard size 4" to 8" action figures in our store are combinable items however in some instances we'll not be able to combine shipping and handling charges for unusually large items. If it states in the item description "Sorry this item does not qualify for our combined flat rate shipping and handling" then that item will have to ship at half (50%) of the full shipping and handling cost of that item (when combining shipping and handling) or in some instances at full shipping and handling cost (for extremely large items, such as action figure sets or action figure cases). We do not allow customers to pick up orders at our warehouse, all orders are shipped.
5) We use UPS and the United States Postal Service to ship orders. We normally process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the day payment is received. Orders shipped to a U.S. address should arrive within 3 to 10 business days. International orders should arrive within 5 to 15 business days. Please note: Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days.
6) You will be notified via email when we have shipped your order. We only ship to the address you have on file with PayPal or your credit card company.
7) International customers please note: Your country may charge you a customs duty or tax on incoming goods.

Store Policies
1) We reserve the right to cancel your order if you're not a verified PayPal member and/or if your shipping address is not confirmed with PayPal.
2) We only leave feedback once it has been left for us.
3) We gladly accept returns within 7 days provided A) Item/s are still in new, unused, mint in their factory sealed package and B) Buyer pays return shipping cost unless we made a mistake in which case we will cover cost of shipping. Please contact us right away if you plan on returning your order or any part of your order so we can authorize your return with a RAN (Return Authorization Number) as we must receive within 7 days.
4) We politely ask that you don't email questions such as "Where's my order?" or "When is my order going to ship?" or "Did you get my payment" etc. If you received an email from PayPal confirming payment, then yes we received your payment. We will notify you via email when we ship your order. In the rare event there is a problem with your order you will be notified, either via email or phone. In the rare event your package is lost or stolen (provided you purchased insurance) you will receive your money back or we will replace product. In the rare event that we make a mistake with your order we will pay for return shipping and either give you a full refund or ship correct item/s at our expense.
5) You will always either A) Get your order or B) Get your money back (if problem arises with fulfilling order or if package is lost or stolen (provided insurance was purchased).
