This watch is not in perfect working condition. When you turn the dial, the wheels move with the hands.All parts are there inside. I'm guessing it needs a simple adjustment of gears. Anyway, the case,the interior, and chain are all in excellent condition. The face has crackles  that I think give it a true vintage character. The original chain comes with it and is about 13 inches long with the clasp at the watch and the spring clip at the end in fine working order. There is a slight hairline crack (~3/8 inch) barely visible below the 5.The inscription inside the cover says:

then there's a star then it says
