HAMILTON 992B AMERICAN RAILROAD WATCH 21 JEWELS.

Here we have a Hamilton Railroad Grade 992B 21 jewel pocket watch, it has all the features you would expect, 21 jewel movement, adjusted for position and temperature, jewels are in gold Chatons and it has a micrometric regulator.  The watch is 16 size.  It is lever set from the one o, clock position.  The case is in good condition with only light pocket wear, no dings or dints that I can see.  The inside of the case is stamped Hamilton W. Co. Lancaster PA, 10k Rolled Gold Plate, RO 95789.  The movement is bright and clean and keeps good time.  The Movement number is C510809, This puts the manufacturing date between 1959 and1964.  This is further reinforced by the melamine dial with the fugitive red.  Dial is double sunk and signed Hamilton railway Special, one minor hairline under the 4.  Hands bright blued steel with no rust.  Winds sets and runs smoothly as it should.
