The Hamilton Collection produced this striking collectible plate called "OSPREY" by C. Ford Riley.  It is the 8th issue in the Majestic Birds of Prey plate collection, an edition limited to 12,500.  This plate number is 1332 and includes the Certificate of Authenticity.  It is 10 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.  The rim is brown and gold - all intact.  A beautiful piece!  Shipped Priority Mail.
